This is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced during the first few days of harvest by selecting olives from the finest pagos in the Picual olive groves. Their cold extraction, just a few hours after collection, preservation and unfiltered bottling assure that all their properties are retained.

Created for the most demanding palates who seek pleasure in excellent Premium olive oils.

It is a yellowish green olive

oil with aromas of fresh apple,

sweet almond and notes of

tomato.

Smart balance between

bitterness and spiciness

on the palate.
